Physical Information: Based on a recessional velocity of 5010 km/sec (and H0 = 70 km/sec/Mpc), PGC 7706 is about 230 to 235 million light years away, in fair agreement with redshift-independent distance estimates of 175 to 210 million light years. Given that and its apparent size of about 0.7 by 0.35 arcmin (from the images below), it is about 45 to 50 thousand light years across.― Courtney Seligman, Celestial Atlas
