IC 200. The galaxy 34s preceding the IC position is probably too faint to have been seen by Safford, and the description does not match in any case. The object 2 minutes of time preceding does match his description, and a 2 min digit error is more likely to be made than a 34s error. (My original note had both objects mentioned above "following" the IC position. In 2013, Courtney Seligman caught the error, and kindly let me know about it.)
