Observing Notes

Harold Corwin

Stewart described this as "2 F neb., E". The two are about an arcminute apart, the brighter to the southeast. There is a faint star near the northwestern galaxy that may have been blended with the galaxy on Stewart's plate.

I've given positions for both objects, and a mean position for them as well.
