Observing Notes

Swift's position does not match anything in the area. The object in the table is certainly bright enough to have been picked up by Swift, but its position is well off in both RA and Dec. MCG -01-10-009 is about 1.2 minutes preceding the nominal position, and only a couple of arcmin off in Dec, but it has such a low surface brightness that I doubt that Swift could have seen it. Also, he mentions that the galaxy forms a "trapezium with three stars." None of the galaxies in the area fit this description.

So, yet another mystery.
