A wide double with two fainter stars in between, GU Eri is bright, blue-white while the yellow IK Eri is visible 2.5' west-southwest, 2' west-southwest of GU Eri is an 11th magnitude star while another 11th magnitude star is visible 1' southwest
WDS does not list GU Eri or any of the other stars noted here as a multiple. Reviewing the Gaia EDR3 data on this set of stars reveals that the two brighter stars, the visual double is not related as IK Eri has a far greater parallax, 8.7mas to 4.9mas for GU Eri, IK Eri and the 12th magnitude star mentioned above just 40" east-northeast do share both a nearly identical parallax and high proper motion
