Blue-white, no companion noted, this 5th magnitude star forms the northwest corner of the sparse cluster Cr 135 along with Ahadi visible 30' south and the bright pair υ1 Pup and υ2 Pup 20' east-southeast, the entire field scattered with bright stars to lovely effect
