IC 2241 is a star (I called it a merged double based on its appearance on DSS1, but Brian Skiff points out that SDSS clearly shows it to be single. So do the DSS2 images.) I have not seen a print of the original plate on which this was found, but Wolf's positions have proved to be very good, so there is little doubt of the identity. See IC 2262.― IC Notes by Harold Corwin
