IC 2329 = UGC 4365 is a fairly large Sd sp with two faint stars superposed southeast of the galaxy's nucleus. Wolf's plate shows these stars as the apparent nucleus, however, and it was this that he measured. Thus, his position is about 15 arcsec off in RA.― IC Notes by Harold Corwin
