IC 3613 is a compact galaxy about 1.5 arcmin north of Frost's position. Glen Deen took another fainter galaxy west of Frost's position, but this has a much lower mean surface brightness -- I doubt that it shows up on the Harvard plate.― IC Notes by Harold Corwin
