IC 4376 is almost certainly the line of three stars listed in the position list. The only possible question is the position angle: Stewart has 40 degrees, while the stars are actually at 64 degrees. This is close enough, however, to make the identification very sure. It was first suggested in one of the Helwan papers, Andris picked up on it for ESO, and so did I during the SGC work. Wolfgang also took the stars. We'll go with them.― IC Notes by Harold Corwin
