IC 4510 and IC 4513 are probably plate defects on Arequipa Bruce plate number 3671. This was a short-exposure plate, too, so the objects would have to be fairly bright to show up on it if they were real. There is nothing at all at the positions that Stewart gives, and he notes "indistinct, susp" for IC 4510.
