Quite small, bright, a small round stellar object with a 10" halo, no color noted, a 10th magnitude star SAO 183407 is visible 1' west, IC 4538 is 16' west

Very small, almost stellar, a sharp center with a small halo, bright, holds magnification well, at low power (<100x) easily mistaken for a star, no color noted, just 1' west of a 9.8 mg.
