Looking again for the 10th magnitude companion 47" at 289° listed in WDS, what I clearly see is a 12th magnitude star at this position. WDS notably does not agree with Gaia DR2 which lists this star at about 12th magnitude, confirmed 16 Lyr identity and field rotation using the surrounding starfield

White, SkySafari lists a 10th magnitude star 47" west, none is visible, there is a 12th magnitude star at about that separation and PA just visible.

There is a star shown in survey imagery at the specified position, 47" at PA 289°, this is Gaia DR2 2131342851666558336. WDS clearly lists this star, WDS J19014+4656B as 10.6 magnitude queried via SIMBAD. It appears closer to 12th magnitude in the imagery and Gaia lists a Gmag of 11.99. This star is either 12th magnitude or variable.
