HR 7703 is quite close, with a parallax of 166mas and a correspondingly large proper motion of 459mas/year in RA and -1576mas/year in dec. The northern 10.7 magnitude star CD-36 13942 has a radically smaller parallax of 0.7mas, thus is not physically related
