A brighter region of rich galactic starfield, large, bright, a smattering of brighter stars against the starfield, visible in the 70mm finder 30' north of g Cyg and 1°20' south of M39, fully resolved, while this is an enhanced region of glalactic starfield it is not a convincing cluster in the eyepiece, or in the DSS imagery for that matter
Archinal & Hynes does list this as a cluster, 24' in diameter with 182 stars 7.2 magnitude and fainter
