A modest concentration in a rich galactic starfield, it is obvious about 17' east-northeast of a coarse 6th and 7th magnitude double (HR 8107), rich, partially resolved, not an obvious cluster

A very faint clump of stars in a rich galactic starfield, 5' diameter, rich, partially resolved, not very distinct from the surrounding background

Though credited only to Pechule in the IC, this object was independently found by Espin as well. Both observers called it nebulous with many faint stars involved. It is actually a small, not too sparse, cluster about 5 x 3.5 arcmin in size. There is no nebulosity in the immediate vicinity of the cluster, but the rich Milky Way background may have lent that sort of appearance to the object.
