Observing Notes

IC 2653 is a double star, confirmed on the print of the original plate (see
IC 2630). Though I looked at this many years ago when I put Steve Gottlieb's
positions from USNO-A1.0 in, I forgot to note it as a double. Nor did I write
a note here. My apologies!
