IC 2808 is a star 20 arcsec south of Wolf's position. Its image is on the print of the original plate; there is nothing at Wolf's position, and the star's proper motion is small, so I suspect a simple typo or transcription error in Wolf's paper.― IC Notes by Harold Corwin
