NGC 4139 = IC 2989. The RA's of this and its companion NGC 4140 are 5 minutes of time too large. When corrected by this amount, the positions agree closely with those for IC 2989 and NGC 4077, respectively. The descriptions clinch the identities, and RC3 is correct.
