IC 3135. Though I called this a "blended pair" earlier, the SDSS image makes it clear that the object is a single, distorted galaxy. It is indeed interacting, but with an irregular blue galaxy to the southwest. I've cleaned up the position table entries accordingly. My apologies to any whom I have misled in the meantime!
The galaxy is just barely visible on the print of the original plate, and there are defects on either the print or the plate nearby. We really ought to look at the plate to confirm this one for sure.― IC Notes by Harold Corwin
