IC 3181 = NGC 4286. Here is another case where neither Wolf nor Dreyer caught a pretty obvious identity. The NGC position is less than an arcminute from Wolf's (copied correctly into the IC), so there is no doubt about the identity.― IC Notes by Harold Corwin
