Observing Notes

Harold Corwin

IC 4092 is a star, verified on a print of the original plate. The object has a very faint companion -- another * -- close to the southeast. Is it possible that this faint star added to the perception of nebulosity on the original plate? See IC 3636 for more about that discovery plate.
