Seeing: 7 Transparency: 7 Moon: 0%
A nice edge-on spiral, a stellar core surrounded by an oval halo, 4:1 northwest-southeast, no detail noted in halo, no dust lane, this does not seem as narrow as depicted in the Night Sky Guide, NGC1792 is 40' southwest
