Biig, bright and obvious, visible in the 30mm finder, a coarse cluster with 10th to 12th magnitude stars scattered in a 20' area, fully resolved, a distinct central concentration with two notable chains of stars extending southwest and northeast from the center, the bright stars φ Cas and HD 7902 sit 2' apart on the southeastern margin, situated in rich galactic starfield
