A very nice classic globular, large, bright, fullt resolved, a brighter 11th magnitude star in the northeastern quadrant, the halo seems to extend for some ways out from the core with fainter stars

Beautiful globular in a rich Milky Way starfield, bright, decent sized >10', fully resolved, bright and well condensed core, stellar population not homogeneous with a number of brighter members giving a coarse look
