UCAC4 562-010193 and UCAC4 562-010191 are a pair of 10th magnitude stars forming a 5" binary, this is notable as the pair sits directly between κ1 Tau and κ2 Tau, themselves a binary pair
κ1 Tau and κ2 Tau are associated, Gaia EDR3 data shows matching parallax and high proper motion for the pair, the 10th magnitude pair in the middle is listed as CD in WDS and is indeed a binary consisting of two 10th magnitude stars separated by 5", they are however background stars not associated with the κ's, and so... a binary in the middle of a binary
