IC 3705 is a faint double galaxy, not clearly resolved on the original plate. Wolf must have suspected some irregularity in the image as he calls it a possible spiral. There is also a considerably fainter galaxy just to the southeast that may be involved in the image on the plate. I've provided positions for all of these.
