IC 1190 = CGCG 108-136 = MCG +03-41-113. Swift's position is bad, but his description "... another [= IC 1191] and NGC 6061 near in line" point to this galaxy (rather than to the fainter, smaller object, MCG +03-41-115 at 16 03 45.6, +18 19 48) as the one he saw.
