Brilliant blue-white, no companion noted. Σ 2427 is 2.6' southeast, a pretty 10th magnitude pair seprated by 7".
SkySafari lists this as a 5.9/5.9 binary separated by 48". Uhm?? This is clearly not the case as this would be rather obvious in the eyepiece. The WDS is little help as the whole group is a mess if lettered companions.
Checking the Gaia data shows Σ 2427 to be a true physical pair, while V542 Lyr is much further away despite being several magnitudes brighter. The 9th magnitude BD+38 3375 seen 3' south of V542 Lyr is a background star.
