A delicate 10th magnitude pair separated by 7" aligned east-west, 2.6' southeast of V542 Lyrae.
Checking the Gaia data shows Σ 2427 to be a true physical pair, while V542 Lyr is much further away despite being several magnitudes brighter. The 9th magnitude BD+38 3375 seen 3' south of V542 Lyr is a background star.
