Orange, a conspicuous 9th magnitude star (SAO 163421) is 47" southwest, α1 Cap is 6' southeast, 3 Cap is 21' northwest, all set in a rich field.
α1 Cap, α2 Cap, and SAO 163421 all have dramatically different parallax in the Gaia DR2 data indicating no physical relation for the three.

A brilliant rich yellow, 1 9.6 magnitude companion visible 1; southwest, an 8.6 magnitude 0.8" companion is not visible, the bright α2 Cap is 6' east making for a very pretty field
