NGC 6522 and NGC 6528 are a pair of globulars in extremely rich galactic starfield at the southern end of Baade's Window, bright and obvious, modest size and about 15' apart, NGC 6522 is the larger, brighter, and westerly of the pair, about 5' diameter, not resolved, NGC 6528 is the smaller and easterly of the pair, about 3' diameter and not resolved, the two make an impressive view in such rich starfield accentuated by the small dark nebula B 298 just southeast of NGC 6522

46cm f/4.5 Newtonian, Deep Violet @ 233x
Seeing: 5 Transparency: 6 Moon: 0%

Small, bright and obvious, 5' diameter though the outer boundaries are lost in the extraordinarily rich galactic starfield, nicely concentrated core, NGC 6528 is visible 16' east

46cm f/4.5 Newtonian, Deep Violet @ 175x
Seeing: 8 Transparency: 7 Moon: 0%

Small, bright glob in an extraordinarily rish starfield, about 2' across, only just beginning to resolve, very concentrated at the core, NGC6528 visible 15' east

46cm f/4.5 Deep Violet

Small, rich, condensed, 3' diameter, just resolved at 175x, very nice globular in a very rich galactic star field, NGC6528 in the field just 15' east
